A 400-year-old, lovingly renovated Engadine house awaits you, which offers you enough space due to its size. With 6 bedrooms (12 beds and 2 children's beds 70x140). The location of the holiday home is very quiet, as there is no public through traffic. Ski bus stop approx. 100 metres from the house. Shopping facilities nearby, bakery opposite the house and Bogn Engiadina within 2 minutes walking distance. Car park in front of the house (2 cars possible). The garden seating area invites you to linger. Barbecue and garden furniture are available. Engadine house for 1, 2 or 3 families or groups max. 12 persons, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds. Beautiful historic Engadine parlour, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, radio, TV, telephone and Internet connection. 2 children's beds 70 x 140 cm. 1x bath/WC/sink/washing machine and 1x shower/WC/sink. The prices are intended for up to 4 persons per week. The basic price for the holiday home increases in summer for 5-6 persons by sFr. 210.00, thereafter for each 1-2 persons more by sFr. 140.00 per week. In winter the basic price increases by sFr. 140.00 for every 1-2 persons more per week. In addition to the basic costs for the holiday home there are additional costs: Final cleaning: sFr. 200.00 to 250.00 depending on the number of persons Bed linen sFr. 10.00 per duvet cover (incl. towelling and kitchen linen) Electricity from sFr. 5.00 (summer) to sFr. 18.00 (winter) Visitor's tax sFr. 5.00 per person over 12 years, per night.
