The open and well-equipped kitchen offers enough space to conjure up fine dishes. On the comfortable sofa you can relax with a good book from the ski or hiking day. The apartment is also well suited ideally for families with children, as toys, a high chair and a children's travel bed are available.

The surrounding area invites to small and big walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which starts directly in front of the door. Stores, bakery, pharmacy and cafés can be found right outside the front door on the Stradunn. The valley station of the mountain railroads can be reached by bus in a few minutes, the bus stop is located directly at the entrance of the house. The ski bus is included in the guest card and can be used free of charge. The cross-country skiing trail is 1 km away, the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna area as well as numerous shopping facilities and restaurants are directly across the street.
