TV, DVD, radio and CD player. 2 bedrooms: 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds; 2 modern bathrooms: 1 with bath tub / WC, 1 with shower / WC. In the basement there is washing machine and ski depot. Non-smoking apartment.
Final cleaning (CHF 100 .- / stay), bed linen (CHF 15 .- / person) and visitor's tax (CHF 4 .- / night per person from 13 years), and electricity / water / heating (according to consumption) Directly to the key holder. Pets allowed only after prior agreement with the landlord.

On foot approx. 10 min to the station (extra skies to the Andersen ski resort Andermatt-Sedrun) and to the children's ski area Valtgeva, as well as to the village center with various shopping possibilities, restaurants and cafes. Summer and winter hiking trails directly in front of the house, cross-country ski trail approx. 100 m away.
