Popular and centrally located residential building in St.Moritz-Bad. Very convenient to reach in walkingdistance shops and bus services. The lake and the athletics track are just a 5 walking minute away and the Signal funicular to the Corviglia ski area in 12 walking minutes. Limited free outside parking for the building only.

ATTENTION: Construction noise may occur as from spring 2022 due to a new construction site nearby.

Bright apartment on the 5th floor. About 40 m2. Living- /diningroom with pull-out beds, small kitchen without dishwasher, balcony to the south, bathroom/shower, toilet, elevator. Free WIFI.
