Description of the holiday rental
The house called Villa Marguerita was built in 1910 and is located within walking distance of the centre of Zuoz and very close to the train station. The house was extensively renovated from 2008 to 2010.
The spacious and bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Marguerita and every room has a mountain view. The south side (living room, dining room and master bedroom) has a free view of the Upper Engadine valley.
The apartment is furnished with exquisite designer furniture. Both the dining room and the living room has original swiss stone pine-walls with carvings and a buffet made in the same style. Tradition and modernity complement each other harmoniously.
A bathroom with a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern devices (incl. coffee machine from Nespresso).
In addition to the spacious living room, the apartment has a balcony (south side) and access to a sauna, which can be used by appointment.
From Villa Marguerita you can reach the ski lift, the cross-country ski run or the golf course in a few minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Family and pet friendly.
