The flat is on the 1st floor of a small apartment building, just above Andermatt in a sunny location. The flat with a living space of approx. 75 m2 has a practical and functional furnishing. It has two bedrooms with two beds each, a spacious living room with dining area, a new open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as bathroom and separate toilet. The south-west facing balcony offers a magnificent view of Andermatt and the surrounding mountains. Sauna in the house. Approx. 5 minutes walk to the village centre, 10 minutes from the railway station. 3-4 minutes walk to the skiing area Nätschen/Oberalp/Sedrun 4-5 minutes drive with the guest bus in winter (bus stop directly in front of the house) to the skiing area Gemsstock or to the cross-country skiing track. Summer: The Andermatt holiday region is the ideal starting point for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts due to its central location and surrounded by eight Alpine passes. Great side valleys, many mountain lakes, hiking trails, mountain huts, mountain bike routes or the Four Springs Trail are waiting to be discovered.
