Description of the holiday rental
The centrally located multi-family house "Derby" is only separated from the promenade of the Obersee by the Poststrasse. The train station, bus stop, ice rink and open ice surface, pharmacy, bakery, grocery stores, post office and various restaurants are all nearby, as well as the 1st section of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car, the Tschuggen Ost chairlift and the bus stop for cross-country skiing on the Isel track. An ideal starting point for all winter sports. The property has a ski and ski boot room in the house. Washing machine and dryer usage (coin-operated) are also available. You can reach the studio on the 3rd floor from the main entrance or the underground garage by elevator or via the staircase. Check-In: from 15.30 / Check-Out: until 9.30
