Il Chalet Rita è stato costruito nel 2002 da Rita e Georg. Hanno curato e mantenuto la casa fino a luglio 2023, quando le famiglie Michaela e Hans-Peter Juon-Ruppen di Naters e Maria e Michael Ruppen-Biffiger di Naters hanno acquistato la proprietà. Entrambe le famiglie provano un profondo legame con la Belalp e utilizzeranno il Chalet Rita sia come residenza personale che per affittare due appartamenti da due stanze ciascuno.
