Bedrooms:
1x triple room with bunk beds, 1x quadruple room with bunk beds and 1x eight-bed room with bunk beds.

Living room:
Living room with wood stove

Kitchen:
Separate kitchen, storage room. There is enough fondue set available.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Remarks:
Sleeping bags, kitchen and bathroom linen are to be brought by the tenant. Wool blankets are available and included. Also included are wood, electricity and water. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant.

The mountain hut Alp Quader with 4.5 rooms is located right in the ski area at an altitude of approx. 1,900 m a.s.l. It can be reached on skis and snowboard with the ski pass. From Brigels village, the hut can also be reached on foot (approx. 1 1/2 hours), from the mountain station of the Brigels chairlift it is approx. 30 minutes on foot.

Important to note: The accommodation is located in the ski area. In case of lack of snow, the landlord does not assume any liability. If arrival is not possible due to external conditions, a solution for the following year or for a later arrival will be found together with the tenant.

The hut with 20 beds is only rented in winter and to self-caterers.

In winter, a car can be parked at the parking lot of the mountain railways - the corresponding parking card can be picked up at the valley station.

No pets allowed. Non-smoking house.
