Description of the holiday rental
Bedrooms:
1x 3-bed room with bunk beds, 1x 4-bed room with bunk beds and 1x 8-bed room with bunk beds.
Living room:
Living room with wood stove
Kitchen:
Separate kitchen, storage room. Sufficient fondue dishes are available.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Remarks:
Sleeping bags, kitchen and bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant. Woollen blankets are available and included. Wood, electricity and water are also included. The final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
The Alp Quader mountain hut with 4.5 rooms is located right in the ski area at an altitude of approx. 1,900 m above sea level. It can be reached on skis or snowboard with a ski pass. From Brigels village, the hut is also accessible on foot (approx. 1 1/2 hours), and from the Brigels chairlift mountain station it is approx. 30 minutes on foot.
Important to note: The accommodation is located in the ski area. In case of insufficient snow, the landlord assumes no liability. If it is not possible to arrive due to external conditions, a solution for the following year or for a later arrival will be found together with the tenant.
The hut with 20 beds is only rented out in winter and to self-caterers.
In winter, a car can be parked at the mountain railway car park – the corresponding parking card can be collected at the valley station.
Pets not permitted. Non-smoking house.
