Description of the holiday rental

Quiet and centrally located 4.5 room apartment in the first floor, facing south-west. The apartment is well adapted to family needs, has a separate kitchen, a generous dining/living room with a wood stove and a small balcony facing south. Wi-Fi available. The apartment has no television but otherwise meets all criteria of 3 star standard. Altogether, there are seven beds.
Parking in the garage of the nearby hotel Giardino Mountain. The house Chesa Cuntainta is located in a traffic-calmed area. Cross-country ski run, hiking trails, bicycle tracks, riding stable as well as the bus stop, restaurant, children’s playground, grocery and winter sports / fishing equipment shop are all located within the village in 2-5 minutes walking distance. A large variety of further possibilities of summer- and winter-sport activities for people of 1-99 years is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Obligatory additional costs to be paid on sight: cleaning SFr 140.-; Tax SFr 3.15 per person/night, bed linen / towels up to 3 Persons SFr 60.- more then 3 persons SFr 100.-; Facultative costs: laundry: SFr 2.- per washing; tumble-dryer: SFr 2.- per laundry.
