Located in Baugy, in a residential area above Clarens-Montreux, a magnificent new apartment in the attic, 3.5 pces (on the 2nd floor without elevator), fully private of 70m2, in an ecological villa with a large tree garden. Stunning views of the Montreusian hillside, the Château du Châtelard, the Rochers-de-Naye and the Bay of Montreux.
Designed for four people, it has two bedrooms (once a twin bed, once two single beds) each with its en suite bathroom, smart TV and air conditioner. Bedding and bathing linens are available. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped: an oven, a steam oven, a microwave, a tea machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster and a raclette oven. The living room includes a dining area and a lounge with a smart TV. Wi-Fi and park space available.
In the summer, you have a private corner in the garden (table, meridian and grill).
