Description of the holiday rental
Genéral
A magnificent chalet, tastefully furnished and decorated in comfort and with a breathtaking view, sleeping up to 11 people, just a 3-minute drive from the centre of Montana and close to a bus stop with frequent services to the town centre and ski slopes.
The chalet has 3 levels as follows
Ground floor: entrance hall, guest WC, living room with fireplace opening onto a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a furnished terrace with table and benches.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a shower room complete with washing machine and access to the balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony, and a final children's bedroom with bunk bed and trundle. 1 bathroom with bath.
Lower ground floor: a studio communicating with the upper floors that can be completely independent, comprising a living room with sofa bed and separate sleeping area with double bed, a shower room with access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a fully-equipped, closed kitchen. Access to the garden with table and chairs. 2 garage boxes.
The two parts of the chalet, each with private access and access to the garden, can be rented separately.
Kitchen equipment: electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven.
Additional equipment: basic cleaning product, hand and dish soap - 1 bin bag* provided on arrival, with 1 tab for the dishwasher*.
(*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the tenant's expense)
Internet with Wifi.
Pets not allowed.
No smoking.
