3.5-room apartment for 4-5 people The comfortable, bright 3.5-room apartment with beds for 4-6 guests is centrally located in Flims Waldhaus. The open living-kitchen (modern furnishings) is ideal for cozy get-togethers. A bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom (bathtub), as well as a children's room with two bunk beds are available. There is also a family bathroom with a shower. The living area boasts a cozy TV lounge and fireplace, with direct access to the covered terrace, which offers a great view of the imposing Flimserstein. The apartment is located right next to 2 bus stops with free shuttles to various stations. A covered parking space is available in the underground garage, and the residence also features an elevator, a laundry and drying room, and a ski and bicycle storage room. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance, and across the street there is a cozy café where bread for breakfast can be ordered in advance. The free shuttle bus stop is directly in front of the building. In less than 500 m, you can reach a grocery store (Volg), hotel swimming pools, various wellness facilities, tennis courts, playgrounds, and the picturesque Cauma lake. Within 1 km or a 3-minute bus ride, you will find a shopping center with a Coop supermarket, pharmacy, and cinema, as well as the mountain railways, ski lifts, ski school, ski slopes, or in summer, the bike trails. A sports center with a climbing park is also easily accessible. The apartment offers access to many hiking and biking trails. The Swiss Canyon is a 30-minute drive away, and the Caumasee lake can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. In addition to hiking, skiing, or snowboarding, the area offers a variety of activities, including biking, horseback riding, golfing, rafting, climbing, curling, ice skating, and much more.
