Thanks to its generous floor plan, the flat offers plenty of space and is very sunny with its south-western orientation. Located on the top floor, the flat also has two balconies from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the impressive Engadine mountains. Upon entering the flat, you will find a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. The cosy living room with dining table, sofa and fireplace invites you to linger. The kitchen-cum-living-room (newly renovated in 2009) is well equipped. The three spacious bedrooms have 2-3 beds. For the little guests there is a cot and a triptrap available. Both balconies are equipped with table and chairs - view included. The flat has a large bathroom (bath/shower/WC) and a separate toilet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. On the same floor there is also the cellar compartment with ski room. A lift takes guests to the upper floor. There are still some stairs to climb to the flat.

The cross-country ski run, the Kinderland, the ski bus and the chairlift Ftan-Prui are within easy walking distance.
Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle and embed the village in the picture-book Alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easy for beginners to get started in skiing; it is located close to the flat. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan provides pure snow fun for young and old.
