In the friendly and cosy apartment (approx. 80 m2) you can enjoy your holidays to the maximum. From the living room with large dining table, exposed beams and from the windows and the outdoor seating area (with stone table and barbecue) to the west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic stove and refrigerator with large freezer compartment. The fireplace guarantees a relaxed atmosphere after a day in the outdoors.

The apartment of approx. 80 m2 is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and counts with a sunny outdoor sitting area with view. The ski bus stop Ardez-Ftan is only 1 minute away. The cross-country ski run and the children's ski area with a magic carpet are right outside the front door. The village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ftan and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the old part of the village, relax by the bathing lake in Ftan or in the baths and sauna landscapes of the Bogn Engiadina or take one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns in winter.

The apartment is located in Ftan Sainas, directly next to the cross-country ski track and the Kinderland Ftan, as well as the ski bus. The chair lift Ftan-Prui is easily reachable on foot or with the ski bus Ardez-Ftan.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, behind Tarasp Castle, the Lower Engadine Dolomites dominate the landscape and embed the village in the alpine picture-book landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine mill Ftan is prove of the once rich grain culture. The chair lift Ftan-Prui takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the snow sports area Motta Naluns. The children's area with a magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing, it is located directly opposite the apartment. The sledge run between Prui and Ftan also offers pure snow fun for young and old.
