Description of the holiday rental
Located in the historic of the Bagnera, at the east entrance to the famous bath of Scuol, the beautifully renovated and quiet 2,5 rooms apartment wins you over with a raised building standard. WLAN, all rooms are equipped with wood parquet, the kitchen comes with a glass ceramic stove, a dishwasher, a modern oven, a steam extraction and a coffee machine. The refrigerator has a separate freezercompartement. Bath/toilet has a modern shower. TV and radio are in the generous family room with access to spacious balcony. Laundry room with washing machine, tumbler and drying room, bike room are for joint use as well as a ski cellar.
The apartment is located on the second floor with a sunny balcony.
The flat, which measures almost 60 m2, is located on the first floor with a sunny balcony, and nearby shopping locations at the main street (Stradun) include a grocery store, bakeries and other local shops.
A public parking lot is only five minutes away. The stop of the ski bus a three minutes´ walk away on the main street (Stradun), helping you to conveniently reach the train station and the lower station of the gondola with a five minutes´ ride. The ski buses are free to use in winter.
You are located directly by the Eastern entrance to the Engadin Bad Scuol, which contains many bath, sauna and spa options, a hall with a variety of local mineral waters and a Roman-Irish bath. A fountain with mineral w
ater is located in close proximity as well.
