Description of the holiday rental
This cosy engadine style house is situated next to the old roman path towards Val Fex. It has a splendid view to the plain and the lake of Sils, the surrounding mountains to the east, south and west. The two story building is standing alone and away from the main street. On the west side of the house you find a covered space to stay outside protected from wind and weather, in the sun at about 11 a.m. until the sundown.
Inside it is nicely furnished as a family house, regional antiques meet modern furniture. There is a fully equiped kitchen. The main room has one part with a table where easily 6 to 8 persons can enjoy a nice meal. The other part is furnished with two cosy chairs, a big sofa and a small table. A small room with a sofa-bed and a small table can allow quiet reading moments or a nap. There is a toilet, too. On the first floor, there is the master bed-room with a queen-size bed and an extra couch and another bed-room with two beds. There is also the bath-room and a separate toilet on this floor. In the master bed-room you also have a sink.
In this well equipped house there is erverything to make you feel "at home".
