The municipality of Flühli-Sörenberg is the tourist centre of the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere. The total area of the biosphere is 394 square kilometres and hardly any other region has so many natural treasures in such a small area as the "Wild West of Lucerne". The 2 1/2 room holiday flat is located approx. 2 km from the village centre, in a sunny location, in the immediate vicinity of the lifts. It is the ideal starting point for winter sports and for hikes / bike tours in summer / autumn. The lifts can be reached without a car, by ski, on foot, directly from the house. The nearest bus stop can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In winter, a sports bus commutes to the centre. Sörenberg offers very good shopping facilities. In the neighbourhood we recommend the Hotel / Restaurant Rischli with its excellent cuisine. Winter access is easy, as the road is cleared black for post bus traffic.
