The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic hob, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
Located on the third floor of the Kondor residence, directly beneath the roof, the 3.5-room apartment combines spacious living with a warm and cozy alpine atmosphere. The south-facing balcony invites guests to relax and enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and the Matterhorn.
The master bedroom benefits from a private en-suite bathroom, while the bright and spacious living area offers a comfortable setting for relaxing after a day in the mountains.
The Sunnegga Express cable car is only 300 meters away and can be reached within a 5-minute walk. During the winter season, experienced skiers can ski almost directly back to the building, with the nearest access point approximately 150 meters away.
Please note:The final 100 meters to the property must be covered on foot via a stairway with approximately 90 steps, as the building is not accessible by taxi. For this reason, the apartment may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or families traveling with strollers.
