It is a renovated 4 1/2 room apartment in a typical old "Walliser" house. It has three double bedrooms, Bathroom with whirlpool/WC, shower/WC, living room with chimney, kitchen.
The house Villa Taugwalder is one of these typical old Walliser houses with its cosy charm. The first two floors have been constructed in the 1870's, the upper floors and the stone part on the side in the 1920's. All apartments are renovated. You can reach the apartments through an open stairwell like in the old days. No elevator. The Villa Taugwalder is situated in the center of the village, near the church's place just in front of the school of Zermatt.
