On the first floor, there is a large, sunny living room with an open fireplace, a separate dining area, an open kitchen, and next to the hallway, a second toilet. The kitchen has an electric cooker, a steam oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine (bring your own cups). The house has free WiFi and a stereo system with a docking station for an iPod or iPad.
