Bedrooms:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with a large double bed. A bedroom with a double bed. An attic room (no door to living area) with a French bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
Bed linen is provided and included in the price. An additional bedroom (two single beds) including WC/shower is available on request for an extra charge on the ground floor.
Living room:
Open living area with kitchen-dining area, seating area with sofa, 2 armchairs and TV with cable connection, DVD player. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
Patio in the house garden, including grill and conservatory, is available.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen, glass-ceramic cooktop with oven. Refrigerator and dishwasher. Capsule coffee machine. Raclette oven and fondue set available. Kitchen linen provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
One bathroom with shower, toilet/washbasin. Towels provided and included in the price.
Other:
Washing machine in the laundry room and drying room available on request.
Pitasch is an original mountain village, 1,060 m above sea level on a sunny terrace, with a unique view of Piz Fes, Piz Sinigna and the Glarus Alps, 15 minutes by car from Ilanz.
The main offering here is pure nature and tranquility. Many attractive hiking and biking options are available right outside the door. Around the village, there are lovely forest and field walking paths.
In winter, the ski and cross-country areas of Flims-Laax, Obersaxen-Mundaun and Vals are easily accessible in about 20 minutes by car.
Vals, with its renowned thermal baths, is also about 20 minutes away by car.
The apartment is located in a 250-year-old house, gently renovated but with a high standard of construction.
A beautiful house garden with patio, conservatory, children’s playhouse, and a garage is available for guests’ use.
Breakfast and/or dinner can be prepared on request using partly home-grown products.
