4.5-room apartment of 85m² for 5-6 people. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen with dining table.
Bedrooms
1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The beds are made upon arrival. All rooms have shelves and wardrobes, though some storage space is occupied by our personal belongings.
Bathroom
The bathroom is bright due to the window and features a bathtub with shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Towels are provided for your stay.
Living room
The living room is cozy with 2 comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed. The corner room's windows let in plenty of daylight year-round and offer a beautiful view of the mountain scenery.
Kitchen
The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove (3 plates), oven (electric), fridge and dishwasher. Some food items are available, and we only ask that you refill used items before departure.
Additional rooms
The basement can store skis and snowboards, and there is access to a laundry room.
Furnishings
The apartment is simply and cozily furnished with a mix of new and antique furniture. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and one of the bedrooms also has a TV (reception via internet) and DVD player.
Our apartment is on the 1st floor of a chalet and offers a wonderful view of the valley and mountains. The balcony is perfect for soaking up the sun year-round. Rueras is about 5 minutes (20 minutes on foot) from Sedrun, and the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area (Dieni valley station) is just 5 minutes (15 minutes on foot) away. We look forward to welcoming guests to our little mountain oasis, which offers year-round opportunities for unforgettable experiences. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom/toilet. The furnishings are simple and cozy, and everything is ready for your holiday, including bed linen and bathroom towels.
