Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with two bunk beds each, accommodating a total of 8 people. Please bring your own bed linen (beds 90x200, duvets 160x210/65x100).

Living room:
Large living room with oiled pinewood floors, historical furniture, and an original soapstone stove from 1838. No TV, Wi-Fi, or landline available.

Kitchen:
Cozy and fully equipped living-kitchen with wood and electric cooker (no oven). Kitchen linen and firewood are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Please bring your own bathroom linen.

Other rooms:
Entrance hall and spacious cloakroom. Two well-sunlit garden seating areas.

Be our guest at the Ferienhaus Sper Caplutta, sit on the little wooden bench in front of the house, and listen to nature. Pure tranquility. Only the natural sounds far from civilization reach our ears. Next door, you can buy Alpine cheese and literature, and coffee is served at the cozy Ustria Val. The small hamlet of Val, with its few farmhouses from the 17th and 18th centuries, is a secluded gem at the foot of the Greina plateau—charmingly marked by the historic St. Margareta Chapel from 1643, proudly perched on the hillside. Parking is available and included. Winter-safe access. The house is accessible by public transport and on foot from Chur in 1 hour to Rabius/Surrein train station, then a 60-minute walk to the hamlet of Val or via taxi—request at the Ustria Val. From late July to mid-October, the Alpin bus runs into the valley to the Sumvitg Val stop. By car, you can reach the alpine pasture from Zurich in about 2 hours. Access is guaranteed both in summer and winter. The tunnel gate can be opened by pressing a button.
