Tastefully and cosily furnished holiday home in a unique, secluded location in the midst of the impressive nature of the Lower Engadine at an altitude of 1350 m above sea level. 4.5 rooms (approx. 100 m2) with terrace, seating area, garden and panoramic views of the mountains all around. Our tenants in their own words: The infrastructure was top, fast internet, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, nothing was missing. We liked the house very much. Especially the idyllic location and the good facilities. The size was also ideal for 4 people. Ground floor - Cosily furnished living room with dining and living area in Swiss stone pine. In early summer and autumn, animals graze for a few weeks on the meadows surrounding the house and its envelope. - Heating: The house is heated with modern electric heaters. In winter it can also be heated with wood (Swedish stove). - The house has its own access road. This is cleared in winter.
