Patio roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at 50 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The parking space is on the name of Casa Anna. Ground floor: underfloor heating. First and second floor: electric radiators. In the hamlet Medoscio, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area. 100 m long narrow motor access to 20 m from the house (via unmade road). Nearby attractions: Falconeria, Locarno, Mercato Cannobio, Luino, Intra IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano.
