The living room has a fireplace, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV with satellite reception. In one bedroom there are two single beds next to each other (90 x 200 cm) with sleeping accommodation for 2 people and in the other bedroom also two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, two sinks and a hairdryer. In addition to various cooking utensils, the open-plan kitchen has a glass ceramic stove, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and a raclette and cheese fondue set. A child's cot and a highchair can be provided on request. The washing machine and dryer can be used in the house (costs CHF 20) and are located in the basement. The next bus stop "Arvenbüel, Arven" is approx. 170 meters from house D. It is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment to the Arvenbüel skiing and hiking area. The Mattstock chairlift and the center of Amden with the bakery, the Volg and the dairy, as well as the electrical and household goods store, the tourist office, the municipal administration and various restaurants can be reached by car or bus in around 10 minutes. In the underground car park there is a parking space for both apartments, labeled with the same number as the apartment. The sunny mountain village of Amden lies above the emerald blue Walensee. Amden has many activities to offer in all seasons. In winter, the family-friendly ski area invites you to go skiing, sledging and snowshoeing. In spring, summer and autumn there are various hiking routes and walks for young and old. From Amden, the cities of Chur, Glarus, Zurich and Rapperswil can be reached in less than an hour. Our tip: a boat trip from Weesen to Quinten. When you arrive in the Mediterranean village, the two restaurants invite you to enjoy a great meal.
