Description of the holiday rental
Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double bed, one large room with double bed and one bunk bed. A folding bed for toddlers is available. Bedding provided.
Living room/Kitchen: Spacious living and dining area with open kitchen (dishwasher, steamer, oven, induction hob). TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Huge balcony terrace with a great view of Waltensburg, Ilanz, Obersaxen and the surrounding mountains.
Bathrooms: Bathtub/toilet and additionally shower/toilet.
The modern 4.5-room holiday apartment with lift accommodates up to 8 people and is located at the entrance to Andiast (1,178 m) on the first floor of a three-family house. Sunny hillside location with panoramic views.
Shopping facilities and Restaurant Postigliun within walking distance.
The nearest post bus stop is 100 metres away (hourly connections). Direct connection (free ride for skiers) to the valley station & ski school Waltensburg (ski area Brigels/Waltensburg/Andiast) and to Ilanz (further shopping facilities). By car, you can reach the valley station in 4 minutes. It takes a 15-minute walk to the valley station.
A garage space and an outdoor parking space are available. Pets on request. Non-smoking apartment.
