Well-kept 3-room duplex apartment on 2 floors with a living area of 60 m2, right in the heart of Ascona, suitable for 4 people.
From the three balconies you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. Comfortable living area with dining table, cable TV, radio and WLAN. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has a coffee machine (Nespresso capsules), kettle, oven and refrigerator. In the bathroom there is a large shower, a lavabo and a toilet.
The location is very central, more precisely in the pedestrian zone directly on the picturesque piazza of Ascona, where many inviting restaurants, cozy bars and unique stores can be discovered.
Palm trees, lake and sun make Ascona a little corner of paradise. The Mediterranean climate and exuberant atmosphere certainly serve for relaxation and vacation enjoyment during any season.
