Description of the holiday rental
Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated 3.5-room apartment (70m²) on the 1st floor of Haus Burgen in Blatten b. Naters, newly included in the Magic Skipass from 2025. This comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment sleeps 4 people (two adults and 2 children) and is centrally located yet quiet, just a 1-minute walk from the gondola and chairlift. Features: * Well-maintained, new furniture * Bright living room with cozy sofa, TV, open to the dining area, table with 6 chairs, games available * Modern kitchen equipped with cooker/oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Delizio coffee machine including capsules, fondue set, raclette oven/table grill/toaster, spices, oil/vinegar, tea, syrup, Soda-Stream, dishwasher tabs, dish soap/sponge/brush * Bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200) (built-in) * Bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (1.20m) (built-in) * Bright bathroom with toilet, washbasin, large rain shower, shampoo/shower gel/conditioner/toilet paper provided * South-facing balcony with a dreamy view of the surrounding nature and the old village of Blatten * Small north-facing balcony * Free Wi-Fi * One parking space 100m from the house (available summer and winter) * Pets are not allowed * Non-smoking apartment for a healthy indoor climate * Use of washing machine/tumble dryer in the house for a small fee * Ski storage in the basement (ski boots may not be taken into the apartment) * Bed linen/kitchen towels/bath towels/slippers and electricity included in the price * Tourist tax: 6-15 years: 2.25 CHF per person per night, 16+: 4.50 CHF per person per night, children under 5 free * Upon departure, please remove the bed linen (mattress protectors stay on), clean the coffee machine and empty the dishwasher Enjoy your stay in our beautiful and well-equipped apartment.
