The apartment is located in a 19th century chalet, typical of the Pays d'Enhaut, at the entrance of Château-d'Œx, offering a breathtaking view of the International Balloon Festival's take-off area, and at the starting point of many hiking trails. An ideal place for a family, for all those wishing to recharge their batteries in the Vaud mountains and for ski lovers (10 minutes from the Gstaad ski resort) or balloons.
Entirely renovated in 2018 according to tradition and preserving the original materials, the apartment consists of a large living room and a kitchen opening onto a dining area. As for the sleeping arrangements, the apartment consists of a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, a double bedroom with shower and a mezzanine "dormitory" that can accommodate 4 children from the age of 4.
