Centrally located, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, train station and cable car easily accessible on foot (approx. 10 min). Reserved parking space in front of the house, additional car parking space in the garage can be rented. Ski/velo storage room. Garden with children's playground. Large living room (sofa/TV area & table area). Fully equipped kitchen (with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, 2x raclette oven, 2 fondue sets) and dining area. Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (and balcony), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, gallery (with 5 mattresses), additionally possibility to create a double bed from the sofa. Large bathroom with WC, washbasin, bath & sauna, separate shower/WC (with washing machine). 3 balconies (2x south/west- and 1x north/east side).
