Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Two bedrooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. Bed linen is to be provided by the tenant.

Living room:
The living room is located on the ground floor. A large living area with a corner leather seating group, TV, WLAN and a large dining table with a corner bench. A tile stove provides cozy warmth. The wood for the tile stove is included.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is also on the ground floor. Well-equipped kitchen, including a fondue and raclette set. Towels are to be provided by the tenant.

Bathrooms:
1 bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub, washbasin and separate WC. 1 WC on the 1st floor with shower, washbasin and WC. Towels are to be provided by the tenant.

A washing machine is located in the basement.

The chalet is located in Flond with a beautiful view. In winter, skiing is possible right down to the house if snow conditions are good. Skis can be stored in front of the house and ski boots can be placed in the heating room to dry. In summer, a sun lounger is available on request, as well as a garden table and chairs in front of the house. 

The chalet is about 200 m from the post bus stop. The valley station of the mountain railway in Valata is 2.5 km away. To Obersaxen-Meierhof, to the Rufalipark in Obersaxen-Misanenga and to Ilanz - the first town on the Rhine - each 5.5 km.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets allowed on request.
