Magnificent local chalet in La Sage with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley, about 128 m2, on two floors, with 6 bedrooms. The interior is typical of the local construction, made of larch wood with a stone fireplace and comfortable for 8-10 people. Located in La Sage, commune of Evolène, nearby the grocery store and under the restaurant "Les Collines". Access by car in summer with 1 private parking space. In winter public parking at 50m.
Ground floor: Entrance hall. Living room with fireplace and dining area. Separate kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1x double bed (160x200). 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190). Shower room, WC and washbasin. Balcony with table and chairs.
1st floor: Hall. 1 large bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) opening onto a large balcony with a splendid view of the village and the mountains. 1 shower room with WC, washbasin, washing machine. 2 single bedrooms (90 x 190) and 1 double bedroom (160 x 200) accessible through one of the single rooms.
Equipment and miscellaneous: The 3 double bedrooms are equipped with new beds and mattresses. The 2 bathrooms were renovated in 2021. The floor of the living room and the kitchen worktop were renewed in 2021.
WIFI, Electric and wood heating via an open fireplace (wood not included). NO TV.
No smoking in the chalet. Pets allowed only on request and for an extra charge.
