In the quietly located two-family house, a cozy 3 1/2 room apartment on the raised first floor is waiting for you!
In the apartment there is a kitchen-living room, the kitchen is additionally equipped with a raclette and fondue set. Further there are two bedrooms the first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with three single beds. The cozy living room is equipped with enough seating and a TV and radio. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The parking place is directly in front of the house.
In summer there is a barbecue area and swimming pool for shared use. The apartment is especially suitable for families with children. The room height of the apartment is about 1.9 meters. (Living area = 80m2)
The apartment is only 500 meters away from the valley station of the cable car Meringen - Hasliberg and easily reachable on foot. Shopping stores and the train station Meiringen are within walking distance.
