Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Ski locker number 58 available near the cable car ((c/o Intersport-Mariéthoz sport. Pattier Haut: Cosy chalet "L'Alouette". Outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre, in a quiet position. Private: large garden with lawn. Barbecue. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 1.6 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
