The rustic is in Capriasca - Odogno - above Lelgio. 7min. in car from Tesserete and 15min. from Lugano. Wonderful if you love the nature and the quiet. Tesserete: 3 shop, 2 pharmacies, 3 doctors, 10 bars, Irish Pub, sport's and bathing center, rent bicycle, public transports, concerts in several bars. The path Tesserete- Gola di Lago starts under the home: in summer it is possible to go by foot or bicycle, in winter by foot or by snow rackets. The path is connected with the path Capriasca - Val Colla - Vedeggio. 1st floor (entrance): living room with kitchen, mezzanine with mattress for 2 persons, balcony, hearth, TV-SAT, radio. 2nd floor (below): bedroom (double bed), WC+douche, washing machine, fenced-in garden with a grill, table, chairs, beach chair and parasol. Pellet's stove. Private parking for 1 car.
