Cosy, bright apartment with 5 rooms (106m2), first floor, in a typical Engadin house, central, quiet location. Living room with original wooden panelling, charming bay window and wonderful view, SAT-TV, radio/CD, phone. 4 spacious bedrooms (3 with h/c water), baby's cot. Kitchen with dishwasher,oven and coffee machine, bath/toilet. Parking, lawn, possibility to do laundry. Next to busstop, shops, skilift, indoor swimming pool, ice-skating. Pets allowed. The hiking trails in direction Alp Languard and Muottas Muragl start in front of our house and from the lokal ski lift you can ski down directly to our house.
