Description of the holiday rental

Particularly quiet and sunny 3-room apartment (mezzanine, 65sqm) with magnificent views of the entire mountain world around St. Moritz. The apartment has been lovingly renovated in 2022.   Large southeast sun terrace in front of the living room - garden can be shared. Additional southwest balcony with the evening sun.  Garden furniture- loungers, chairs and garden table are of course available. In 2022 the apartment was energetically renovated and internet was installed in all rooms via WLAN as well as a ventilation system with heat recovery.  The apartment has two separate bedrooms. A ngroßem double bed, another room with two "red-checked designed", cozy bunk beds (also suitable for two adults). In the living room there is a pull-out double couch for "visitors". (crib on request). Separate, well-equipped modern kitchen (the view from the window will delight you while cooking!) with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fully automatic espresso machine, 4 plate stove, oven, microwave. The bathroom completely renovated in 2022 with floor-level shower has ventilation system and a window, washbasinm, hygenic suspended toilet, and the floor-level shower for easy access.  In the hallway large clothes rack, mirror and built-in wardrobe.  Washing machine and ski room are in the basement. A lockable garage under the terrace and an additional car parking space in front of the house are at your disposal. The bus stop with destinations to all ski and hiking areas is only 50m away.  Well-behaved, clean, small to medium sized dogs are allowed to accompany your family on vacation to this apartment upon request. The easy-care parquet flooring is hygenic and warm.  A self-contained studio apartment right next door (with another bathroom) can be rented from the same owner for two additional people at the same time on special terms.
