Private: property, lawn for sunbathing 30 m2. (sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage, public parking 30 m. Chalet is located 500m away from middle station of the Mörel – Riederalp gondola lift.
