The Residenz Quadratscha is located in 7 minutes walking distance to the train station Samedan as well as the bus stop and the COOP. By public transport you can reach Celerina in 10 minutes (starting point for the ski area Corviglia) The new shopping center "Porta Samedan" with Migros, Aldi etc. is also in the immediate vicinity. The cross-country skiing center is located near the golf in 4 minutes by car.
The charming, cosy apartment is located on the top floor of the Residenz Quadratscha. Living- /dining room with open kitchen. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. 1 parking space. Free WLan. Ski and bike room in community. On request there is a possibility to prepare the sofa bed for a 3rd person.
