The bathroom features an open shower, a washbasin with storage space and a WC. Towels are provided and included in the price.   

Living room
The living room includes a sofa bed, a comfortable leather armchair, a coffee table, TV with radio and a dresser with bed linen for the sofa bed. During the day, the bed linen can be stored in the dresser. The living room also provides access to the balcony. 

Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a kettle, a cheese fondue set and general good cooking equipment. Spices may be used. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price. A dining table with 4 chairs is also included. 

Furnishings
The floors are made of oiled oak parquet. The bathroom is fitted with granite tiles and is modernly furnished. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

The 2.5-room holiday apartment (41m² + balcony 12m²) is located in a detached apartment building with a total of 7 apartments. The house is situated directly above Sedrun station in a beautiful location with a view of the mountains. The Valtgeva ski lifts are just a 40m walk away, providing access to the Cuolm da Vi cable car and the ski area of Disentis. The station can be reached via an underpass in 4 minutes. This allows you to reach the valley station of the Andermatt-Sedrun ski arena by train in the shortest possible time.

The apartment features a south-facing balcony. A covered parking space in the neighbouring building is included with the apartment. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Skis can be stored overnight in the garage next to the parking space. Ski boots and other outdoor shoes can be stored in the hallway by the entrance. The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2021.
