Description of the holiday rental
The apartment features a separate kitchen with a large dining area, a living room with a genuine Bündner soapstone stove, a bathroom with a bathtub, and 2 bedrooms.
1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small workspace. 1 additional, smaller bedroom with 2-3 sleeping places (bunk bed with the option for a double bed on the lower level (see photos).
The bathroom includes a shower-bathtub, a double sink, and a toilet. The living room offers a cozy seating area, an armchair, and a Bündner soapstone stove. A 55-inch 4K UHD flatscreen TV is available (streaming services can be accessed with the guest's own login).
The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, raclette oven, and fondue set are also provided. The dining area features a pull-out round table with chairs and a bench.
The modern and cozy apartment "Casa Zuela" is located on the ground floor of a genuine Bündner house in chalet style, situated in the old village center of Segnas (1,331 m above sea level), near Disentis. The apartment offers a modern kitchen and bathroom. In winter, the ski slope to Disentis is just a few minutes' walk away—the return trip can be made right up to the house (valley descent, slopes 132/133). In summer, the surrounding bike and hiking trails, as well as local recreational activities, offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures.
Casa Zuela is an old Bündner house with 2 holiday apartments. The property includes a covered garden with seating and barbecue facilities. Skis, sleds, or bicycles can be stored in the woodshed next to the house (not lockable).
