The house Chesa Muntanella is located in the Seglias neighbourhood in Sils-Maria in a quiet yet very central location.The Volg grocery shop, public transport stops and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. ***Studio ***The studio is located on the lower ground floor (from the front door there are a few steps down to the flat entrance) and consists of a very bright, cosy room as a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), a modern bathroom with WC/shower and a terrace seating area.The living/sleeping area was freshly renovated in May 2025 with a new 180/200 cm bed and new armchairs.The dining area is furnished with typical Engadine Swiss stone pine furniture.* An underground car park is included.* The flat also offers free WLAN access.* Non-smoking apartment/pets not allowed* Bed linen and towels are included***Arrival from 16.00 hDeparture until 10.00 h***We would be very pleased to welcome you as our guest.
