We rent our beautiful, newly renovated 3-room flat (approx. 70 m2) on the ground floor of an apartment building in Engadine style. The flat has a cosy living/dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a dishwasher, oven, large fridge and all kinds of appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fondue dishes, etc. The bedroom has a 1.80 m high bed. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80m bed and a built-in wardrobe. Adjacent is the bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet.
An open staircase in the living room leads to the second bedroom (not lockable) on the ground floor, which has two single beds, a large built-in wardrobe and its own shower/WC.

From the living room you have access to the garden seating area. The beautiful view of the nature reserve of Surlej as well as the Corvatsch will inspire you. The flat is in a very quiet location, as the house is set back from the main road.

The proximity to the cross-country ski run and hiking trails (in sight) as well as the ski bus, which has a station on the main road at the height of the house, makes the location of our flat perfect. With the alpine skis you go directly to the flat after your skiing day!

We have completely renovated the flat with much love, all furniture and fittings are high quality and new. Beautiful oak strap parquet flooring throughout the flat.

The rental property includes a parking space in the in-house car park.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
