Description of the holiday rental

We rent our beautiful, newly renovated 3-room flat (approx. 70 m2) on the ground floor of an apartment building in Engadine style. The flat has a cosy living/dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a dishwasher, oven, large fridge and all kinds of appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fondue dishes, etc. The bedroom has a 1.80 m high bed. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80m bed and a built-in wardrobe. Adjacent is the bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet. An open staircase in the living room leads to the second bedroom (not lockable) on the ground floor, which has two single beds, a large built-in wardrobe and its own shower/WC. From the living room you have access to the garden seating area. The beautiful view of the nature reserve of Surlej as well as the Corvatsch will inspire you. The flat is in a very quiet location, as the house is set back from the main road. The proximity to the cross-country ski run and hiking trails (in sight) as well as the ski bus, which has a station on the main road at the height of the house, makes the location of our flat perfect. With the alpine skis you go directly to the flat after your skiing day! We have completely renovated the flat with much love, all furniture and fittings are high quality and new. Beautiful oak strap parquet flooring throughout the flat. The rental property includes a parking space in the in-house car park.
