For 2 persons, no pets Location and general information: The Haus Au Réduit is located in the middle of the village center of St. Moritz diagonally opposite the world-famous Hotel Palace and right next to the equally well-known Confiserie Hanselmann. The property was built in 1972 and is constantly maintained and modernized. Originally planned and commissioned as an apartment building with units rented exclusively as holiday apartments, the use of the property has gradually changed. Many apartments are still rented out on a weekly basis, but there are now also many apartments permanently occupied. The hotel-like character of the house Au Réduit has nevertheless been preserved. Although the entrance to the Au Réduit is located in the pedestrian zone, the garage, which faces Via Maistra, can be reached by car without restrictions. Apartment 201 is located on the 2nd floor (calculated from the house entrance) and is oriented to the east. From the balcony, the view sweeps towards Muottas Muragl and over Lake St. Moritz. The apartment has been renovated and newly furnished. In the house there is a communal laundry room (coin-operated machines) and an in-house waste collection station. The apartment does not include a garage or outdoor parking space. For vehicles, the public parking garage Serletta, whose exit is located right next to the Hotel Palace, is recommended. Room layout: Apartment 201 consists of a cozy living / dining room with open kitchen and with exit to the balcony. Next to it is the double bedroom, which also has direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is accessible from the entrance area. Facilities: The apartment was very tastefully decorated mainly with wooden furniture. In the bedroom there is a double bed with two single mattresses and a large wardrobe. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 people and a cozy sofa set. Swisscom TV and free Wi-Fi are available to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with a steam extractor and an oven, a microwave, a fridge with an ice compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet and a washbasin with a mirror cabinet.
