4.5 room flat "Suot Staz" in St. Moritz-Bad. Ideal for large families or a mix of parents and grandparents. The WLAN also allows for a good work-life balance. We score with bright rooms, king-size beds for 6 adults (+small beds), 2 bathrooms and 2 underground parking spaces. In the morning, the sun will wake you up and you can enjoy the panoramic view of the mountain peaks and the village. If your holiday motto is "cosy, casual, switch off, enjoy, refuel, patgific and work ", then you've come to the right place! Another plus, lake water heats our house (from 2023/24).

There is plenty of space in the large living-dining room with panoramic views. Comfortable seating, L-couch with wing chair and a large dining table with upholstered chairs invite you to rest and relax. The wide panoramic view, the electric fireplace and moss pictures connect the room with nature. South facing balcony.

The 3 large bedrooms have double beds (180x205), plenty of storage space in the wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lamp and seating furniture. Two rooms with TV. This retreat scores with muted colours, large pictures and soundproofing of windows and doors. Bed linen is provided.

2 bathrooms, one with WC, washbasin, bathtub and window. One with WC, bidet, washbasin and shower cubicle. Therefore no morning stress and no waiting time. Towels, hand soap, shampoo, facial tissues are provided.

With 3 smart TVs, everyone can watch their favourite programmes without disturbing others. Check online via WLAN (100 Mbit/s) and listen to your favourite music via the Bose home speaker.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge including freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven with extractor fan as well as coffee machines (filter machine + Nespresso system + milk frother), toaster, microwave, blender. Enjoy the regional cuisine relaxed, without time pressure, at home and use the fondue or raclette machine.

In the entrance area there is an open wardrobe including a shoe rack as well as a cupboard with cleaning products, hoover and a game collection as well as hiking books in 4 languages.

House and outdoor area
The modern house is centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad and has 10 flats, most of which are occupied by locals. Your car is parked in the underground garage. Your bicycles and prams are stored in a central lockable room near the underground car park. There is also storage space for skis and shoes.

Travelling by public transport is possible without any problems. The bus stop is directly opposite the house (bus stop "Sonne"). The cross-country ski trail and the hiking trail network also start around the corner. On foot to the valley station "Signal" or comfortably by city bus then up with the mountain railway, so you are in 20 minutes in the skiing area.
It's an 8-minute walk to the indoor swimming pool or spa with its famous thermal springs. Via the lakeside promenade you can reach the Coop, Lidl, Denner. Restaurants, cafés are in the immediate vicinity, as are sports shops. Many sports equipment can be bought, repaired or rented there, and courses are also offered.

We ourselves live in Germany/Bavaria and look back on 50 years of experience from 3 generations. Locally, we are well connected and have a well-coordinated team and manage over 10 holiday flats in the Engadine as well as houseboats in Germany.
