Description of the holiday rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful apartment is located just over an hour from Zurich. It has been recently decorated and it is situated very close to the various pistes. Spacious open plan living room area with fully equipped kitchen and good size balcony to make the most of beautiful views over Churfirsten. Bright big bedroom with comfortable beds, various wardrobes, dressing table and nice bathroom to make your stay pleasurable. Allocated parking space. Stunning views, quiet location and amazing surroundings. Apartment is located on the first floor. There is two small flights of stairs to climb. Sleeps 2-4.
Great location close to the shops, restaurants and local attractions like the Thur waterfalls. Beautiful mountains lakes and the famous Klangwelt Toggenburg walk are just short drive away. Perfect for both winter ski and summer hikes with hiking routes going directly from the property. Near the ski lifts and hiking routes with a view of the Churfirsten. Bergbahnen Wildhaus Ski lifts are only 3 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by free ski bus shuttle. Short drive to local shops, hotels and restaurants. Lots of beautiful villages nearby, mountain lakes and beautiful walks. Close to the village centre of Unterwasser. There are a lot of offers: Coop supermarket, swimming pool, mountain railways, tennis courts, the Thur waterfalls, as well as a football and basketball court.
WiFi available. Cleaning fee of 160CHF/stay - not included in the price. There is local tax to pay within three days of arrival. This is 3CHF per adult and 1.50 CHF per child. The tax book is provided at the property. Pets are charged at CHF50 per stay maximum two dogs allowed. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa and beds or left unattended for long periods of time.
Although it is possible to get to the property by public transport you will need a car if you are planning to do anything other than the mountain walks or skiing.
